「We had a very short, but great stay. The room was new and clean. The bathroom was spacious. There was a table with chairs in front of the room to enjoy the garden. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. They set a table for us at the pool area, under a tree. Everything was so delicious. We had pastries, eggs, fruits, local cheeses, honey, jams, etc. We felt very special. It was the best breakfast we had in Puglia. Thank you Anna!」

The listing did not mention that parking was limited and needed to be reserved (it may have changed since my stay), which was the reason I booked the hotel in the first place. 「Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!」
