Top San Mango Piemonte Hotel Reviews

Hotel Olimpico

8/10 Good

"Breakfast has a lot of choices and was really delicious. Issue with room was resolved promptly. Stayed here twice as it’s hard to beat the value imo! Front desk attendant Linda was super welcoming and kind."

Hotel Plaza

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was right across the piazza from the train stations. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and the waterfront promenade was a block away. Travelers can either travel via train or ferry. We decided to take the ferry along the Amalfi Coast to Capri and then on to Sorrento, our next destination. Many things to see or do in Salerno."

Hotel Belvedere

10/10 Excellent

"I appreciated Giovanni, the maitre d' at breakfast and dinner. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable as a solo traveler. We chatted and he gave me some local insights. The complimentary shuttle service to the center of Amalfi and pick up at the ferry was so valuable. Unfortunately the young man who drives the shuttle is not friendly and not informed. I mentioned I planned a trip back to Sorrento on the high speed ferry and he told me there was no such thing. Really, I purchased a ticket online: a half hour 'vs 2 hours on the outbound trip. It's not helpful when locals provide misinformation. There are plenty of other people in hospitality who were helpful and didn't have this guy's bad attitude. Clearly it appears he doesn't like his job. Hotel was a good value for the area and the food was good but not outstanding."

Hotel Montestella

10/10 Excellent

"Super clean room and bedding. Wonderful staff. Stayed four nights and felt like part of their family. Breakfast was great, fresh, healthy and many choices. Location cannot be better for us, early walk to train station, ferry stations. Beach is just two blocks down. We loved this location and hotel so much that we stayed for two more days."
