"Me and my husband had. Great time . Enjoyed the swimming pool and had great breakfast at the restaurant. Just a Spanish style hotel made it a better experience for us, San Luis Obispo county is awesome and great weather even though it is April ! Been here couple of times and plan to come again . "

The issue as I'm told many times by locals is the "some-people" who come in and stay in Santa Maria with their "excessive" party like mentality. "Location was excellent. Right off the freeway and less than a mile walk to shops and restaurants. Go to the cute coffee shops in Garden. Walkable Clean rooms, great staff. Economic "

"Well there was a cockroach we found in the room and the floor by the door had dirt. There is no water pressure in the shower and no shampoo. Call and got some shampoo. "

"Newly renovated rooms. Very nice, this was our second weekend in a row of staying there. Walking distance from restaurants and harbor. "

"Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, our microwave worked (and was clean) and the frig. kept things cold. The ice machines work and you can do laundry if needed. It's a budget hotel so the towels are on the thin side and there's no in-room shampoo but I travel with my own so no issue. If you have noisy neighbors, you're going to hear them, but you can turn the window unit on and create background noise to muffle them."

"This place was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and is always on the property! The only thing is, when our daughters were showering with the restroom door open, the fire alarm would always go off. Other than that, would stay again! "

"Great location, very nice and clean units, and great communication from staff. However, when they warn that it is in a noisy location, they mean it. Right over and across from extremely boisterous bars with lots of loud drunks. We were ok with it, but if you need silence to get a good nights sleep this probably isn’t the place for you."
