Very polite staff. Clean rooms and beds. The hotel is a bit old, and from the era when smoking rooms were more prominent. But it was clean. We ran the AC to cover over the smell, and the unit didn’t really love being on all night. But other than the faint smell of old smoke it was a nice stay.

It’s an average motel. It’s ok. It’s not dirty. It was a little noisy because of the proximity to the 101. Not walking friendly and a little difficult to get out of the drive in a vehicle. Staff was courteous. Nothing to write home about but if you’re just looking for a place to stay, it’s fine.

Good property for the price. Needed a place to crash for the night. Nothing spectacular, but good enough. Wifi worked, bathroom was older but everything worked, tV was small but good enough. The "property fee" is a little.suspect, but still a good budget hotel. I would stay there again if needed an overnight place.

From Check-in to Check-out, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was cleaner than the room I stayed at in a luxury hotel in Vegas. I travel here for work weekly and Im definitely going to keep booking this hotel. Lots of parking and its quiet.

Memorial Day Weekend 2025

I went there for Memorial Day weekend. For someone without a car, it is conveniently located to downtown San Luis Obispo(about a 10-15 minute walk). The service was great and reasonable. Only downside of the property is that it is right by an on ramp to Highway 101. So, there is bound to be many cars when crossing the street. All in all, i enjoying my stay and i might return at somepoint in the future!!

Convenient as it’s close to freeway, Cal Poly, walking distance to downtown and lots of dining options close by. Staff is really nice. We were disappointed that they couldn’t provide extra blankets when we requested. Place is a little outdated but is reasonable in price. Our stay was comfortable.
