Staff support was lacking, put door hanger out to have the room made up no one came. I don’t believe anyone was at the property at night or during the day on Sunday. Room was clean but needed esthetic treatment. Broken blinds, stained and taped lampshade, no heating and was very cold during the night. The bed was like a rock. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Such a great hotel! Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Room was so clean and quiet. Very close and walkable to downtown San Luis Obispo. Beach and beautiful trails are a very short drive away. Absolutely cannot beat this hotel, very affordable too!

Cool spot, walking distance from downtown SLO. We went for a wedding, one downside was there was no iron in the room and no coffee machine. Other than that, great stay in a cozy room.

The property is beautiful, both on the outside and in the rooms. The pictures don’t do it justice. The room was clean. Parking is available directly next to the rooms, making unloading the car very easy. It’s not a long walk from downtown San Luis Obispo. Ultimately, it’s a great deal, I was surprised with how much we got given the affordable price!
