「Breakfast options very limited. Room cleaning took long many days. Pool is very basic. Beach was full of seaweed.」

「Pagar vista al mar es un robo, la vista es totalmente diferente a lo que muestran en fotos, lo que ves es una construcción y el mar muy pero muy lejos, había insectos en el cuarto y el internet nunca funcionó, y el televisor no tenía canales nacionales, ósea no tenían cable, un hotel muy costoso con muy mal servicio, dijeron que lo iban a arreglar y nunca lo arreglaron, no pierdas tu dinero en este hotel de tan mal servicio.」

「First the check in staff was terrible. They treated us horribly and were not very helpful when some issues with Expedia and their hotel happened for reservations. After that the troubles only increased. The property advertises as All inclusive however no drinks apart from beer and the food was only buffet. Both were terrible. The service at the pool is also horrible. No one pays attention and to even get anything is ridiculous impossible. This is 0 star forget 5 star hotel! Never would go here...

「The room clearly needed someone to say - hey maybe we should clean the mildew off of the bathroom faucet and the shower drain. Toilet seat not on tightly kept moving around and the toilet paper holder kept falling off not on tight. It was funny because one of the owners was there evaluating the hotel and was talking pictures on my floor. Take a look at room 420 and you’ll see what I mean.」

「I would never stay there again, the walls were paper thin. There was no shower head just a pipe coming out the wall. It was not nice」

「Restaurant takes a long time to serve the food and is not to great, the interior rooms are to humid and the scent is to intense, besides that, the staff is great」
