「Chambre nickel. Bien situé au centre de Naples. Très calme malgré le monde et le bruit à l’extérieur. On a eu un problème d’eau chaude vite réglé. Personnel efficace.」

「My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Gentile Suite, Naples. The rooms were spotless with all amenities and the location in the heart of the Centro Storico was perfect. We loved the old building which was full of character. However the best thing was the host Eugenio - he couldn't have been more welcoming and ready to help us with every detail. In fact the first night he even got us a table at a lovely restaurant, showing us the way. We visited five major Italian cities during our 21-day trip...

「Great location and a wonderful host Antonella was incredibly welcoming and truly made the place feel special. Unfortunately, the stay was let down by a few key points. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and we had one of the worst nights of sleep. The breakfast arrangement at a nearby café was also disappointing, as there was an unpleasant smell lingering from the night before. A small touch like providing water on arrival would have been appreciated, especially as only a minibar was...

「Room is clean and cosy, Giangi is very helpful and professional, gave us all the information about Napoli, nice pizzeria and seafood restaurant near by, we had good time.」

「There was no staff. The room was clean and the room was nice but no amenities at all in the room. There was a common room for use with a microwave and coffee/tea maker. Once in the room you are safe however the building surroundings were not good. Don’t go out after dark.」

「Beautiful and spacious room. Coffee machine in the room was great as was the beautiful tub and location. Make sure to communicate with the hosts in advance so you can get proper instructions on finding the place. 」

「Super séjour ! L’appart est très propre et bien situé. Ma chambre avait un petit balcon avec une super vue sur la Piazza Cavour. Le café à volonté dans l’espace commun est top, et le petit-déj propose plein de spécialités italiennes avec jus frais. Entrée autonome très pratique, proprio super réactif (ils m’ont même aidé à réserver un taxi pour l’aéroport la nuit). Rien à redire, je recommande à 100 % !」
