The mattress was very uncomfortable, and we had one of the worst nights of sleep. The breakfast arrangement at a nearby café was also disappointing, as there was an unpleasant smell lingering from the night before. A small touch like providing water on arrival would have been appreciated, especially as only a minibar was...
