Very mediocre. Rooms are ROUGH for the price - walls patched everywhere, bed is just a cheap frame, tacky tile and flimsy plastic curtain in tiny bathroom. Zero vibe - hotel staff just want to process you through their system and offer no helpful suggestions or friendly greeting.

Hotel Milano
Beautiful place, great location and awesome staff. Near the National Parks, restaurants and shops. Only downside is lack of amenities. Regardless, we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Fortaleza Suites
I have stayed here 3 times; I highly recommend. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Staff is very friendly, providing exceptional customer service. I have never had an issue staying here.

Old San Juan Rentals
This property was in a fantastic location. Easily walkable to all things in Old San Juan. The place had quite a few light bulbs that were out which made it very difficult to see at night.
