Hyatt Place San Juan
Very hard to contact. Very slow responses. Never make over to the phone call. Very unsupportive stuff. There are so many other hotels in San Juan with good customer service. Hyatt Place is definitely not the one you are looking for.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado
It was a nice, clean resort with very few amenities. The pool was large and the location was beautiful.

Rooms were very dated for the price we paid. Rooms were also not very clean. My son found someone’s fake fingernail on the floor next to the bed. This was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in my life!
