Very hard to contact. Very slow responses. Never make over to the phone call. Very unsupportive stuff. There are so many other hotels in San Juan with good customer service. Hyatt Place is definitely not the one you are looking for.

Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino
A very good pre cruise choice. I wish we stayed 2 nights rather than one. Easy access to good restaurants. We especially enjoyed Metropole just a stroll from the lobby. A quick uber to the pier. Would definitely stay again

Aloft San Juan
Excellent location ! Shuttle bus is free to breaches and old San Juan. Front desk staff great upon check and offering many recommendations … the drawback is no fridge or microwave in room and the TV channel selection is terrible / very limited.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado
We loved our stay! The one bedroom with kitchen was perfect for our family of 4. Pool was big with enough space for everyone. Beach was gorgeous, pretty wavy/dangerous for swimming if untrained. Activities were great, workout area was great and never too busy. Restaurant was also good when we ate/drank ...

Costa Bahia Hotel Paseo Caribe
Parking is really hard to find and their website doesn’t explain where it is either. I tried calling the hotel to directions and it goes to voicemail. The room had a lot of hair in the bathroom from a previous guest. Couldn’t get out for there fast enough.
