I really enjoyed this hotel! It was clean, the pool was great and there was a lot to do! I thought that the rooms were clean and spacious and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings. The pool area was good, but got very crowded during the day. Many people ran out early to claim spots. We were always able to find spots, but it was annoying that people would claim some and not use them most of the day. Even when we could not find a spot, the staff was very nice and would help us find one or move chairs for us. The drinks were good, but slightly expensive. I thought it was funny that the drinks were cheaper at the club and in the lobby, than at the pool, but most people spend all day drinking at the pool so it makes sense. There was a lot to do with the club, casino, and live music at night. The lobby was always lively. The concierge helped us to book an excursion, but I would recommend finding one yourself and booking it since it was a little more expensive at the hotel. Also, we had to walk about a mile to another hotel for the excursion since we booked the day before so they would not pick us up at our hotel. It is close to the airport which is nice, but it was not very close to much else. We had to Uber to Old San Juan, which was fine and easy to do. Overall, the hotel was very nice and we enjoyed it very much. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Checked in for one night and all was good till I went to bed and lifted the comforter. The comforter has blood on different places of the comforter. We called housekeeping and they took forever to come to our room and when they got to our room they didn’t come with a replacement comforter because they said they were on break and all they had left was sheets. We tried to talking to a manager upon checkout but he didn’t come out and told his staff to waive the $50 resort fees but still charged us for valet. Beautiful hotel but cleanliness went out the window with that experience.

This property is a scam my room was paid for and when I checked in they told me they needed to hold 6 hundred dollars on my card. The Puerto Rico natives are very rude and disrespectful it’s sad . I talk to a worker and he informed me ever since Donald trump treated them crazy when they had the hurricane , when they hear English come from our mouths they right us off smh we don’t have nothing to do with what he did . I will never return to that horrible place they call Puerto Rico . I’m African American and people treat the Puerto Ricans the same. I don’t have enough space to write everything that happened I will put the word out don’t visit the place at all . Or the hotel

We enjoyed the stay here at the hotel it was really nice and clean all tho we encounter an issue where the cleaning staff stole money from multiple people in our hotel room which was so shocking because its a great hotel , other than that it was great !
