We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was beautifully remodeled. We did have a slow draining sink, but it was doable. The area was perfect. We were walking distance from everything- beach, grocery, dinner, etc. I'd stay here again

Had a wonderful stay @3050 Place! The location is just perfect. You’re basically in the middle of everything on isla verde. Great restaurants nearby, free transit in the front and the beach is walking distance. The owners were so welcoming and super attentive making sure our stay was great. Will definitely be coming back.

I loved it ! We walked to the beach because it’s two minutes so it’s convenient. There’s a lot Of cute places around. It’s relatively close to everything in Puerto Rico. The place was so nice and quiet. The light went out twice but it was not their fault, that’s a real Puerto Rico experience. The host was so sweet and reachable. Everything was great!

It was three of us in a room. Air-conditioner seemed to not stay the same temperature during the night, and parking sucked, and shower floor wasnt leveled so water kept running out. Otherwise, clean room, excellent location, lots of options to eat, owner was very clear and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

First of all the property is advertised as a two bedroom. It is not a two bedroom. It is a one bedroom with two beds in it. There is a difference. The property was basic and was proportionate to the price I paid. The shower was very big for those who don’t like small cramped showers The area was convenient to shops and dining and parking was out front. The host allowed us a late check out that was very convenient. However I spilled water on the bathroom floor. When I went to wipe it up with a white washcloth, the cloth was filthy. This floor has not been mopped recently. There is no place to hang your clothing. I was there for a wedding and I needed a place to hang my bridesmaid dress. There was no washcloths, or body wash provided. The only utensils were paper cups and spoons. We had to go buy paper plates. The internet did not work for the entire trip. The tv used Roku so we could not watch tv for the trip. I would stay there again for only one night but not for a longer trip.

This is a great location if you are wanting something easy and quick to the beach. It Is in an older area that seemed OK to walk in at night but not alone Restaurants around it had super weird hours so don’t expect too many lunch options but dinner was easier Puerto Rico isn’t known for its hot showers. This one was decent but definitely not hot like I like them Communication was EXCELLENT with the owner

Great area you get a lot of dining options and night life is amazing near by additionally the beach is across the street. The only thing it lacked was communication. We didn’t get any check in information until way after our check in time. The room is clean but lacked more amenities they only left 2 rolls of toilet paper the shower doesn’t drain properly. The AC once turned off was hard to turn back on and when it did it leaked all over the bed. Great hosts I’ll give them that. If you are looking for a affordable place in a great location I definitely recommend. I would stay here again despite the inconvenience. The host do amazing at replying about any issues in the room.

I came here with my three children and my husband for our stay in Puerto Rico. When we arrived, the property was not ready for us to check in immediately. The owners were gracious and came to clean the property to prepare it for our stay. Once we arrived, they were extremely apologetic. They said it was a miscommunication between the third-party and themselves. The place was not ready for us to say cleanliness wise. There was more than enough room for my children in their bedroom. They were two beds and a pullout bed underneath the bed. The master bedroom Had more than enough space for me and my husband. It is missing some of the amenities of our hotel like washcloths, closet space, hangers,an iron and plates, forks, napkins, etc. We did go to Walmart and get washcloths and an iron. We bought plastic cups, plates, and utensils. The mini fridge was great and we used it to keep the drinks cold. The air condition worked very well and it is in a nice area. The beach was really close by and the shower was extremely nice. The restaurants in the area were very nice. We used Door Dash for breakfast and they trouble finding the place. Overall it was an amazing trip and great location to get to things. Airport was like 8 minutes away and parking was accessible with the rental car we had.
