Viento Beach Lodge
Clean room but shower not fully covered. when we shower water is everywhere, on toilet, on the floor, and when we walk the water is everywhere in the room. No HOT WATER at all. We have to shower in cold water. some days i didn't shower at all. staff was good in helping and everything.

Costa Bahia Hotel Paseo Caribe
Paid 2 hrs for late check out and security was at our door 5 minutes past our check out time like if we were thieves. Two security people came knocking loud and even though they saw me with our luggage walking to our door, they stood there until we all came out of the room and escorted us out. Totally ...
