「Check in staff member was combative for no reason. I asked if she could extent my stay another night and she said she couldn’t add a second night until the next day after I checked out first and that at that time she would be able to tell me if I could get another night. I said ok, but yet it’s like she wanted an argument with me about it. It was odd. Anyways we checked out the next day and went somewhere else. Other than that the place is clean and nice rooms. She ruined us even wanted to try...

「This hotel is trash. We had no electric and water from 10 pm to 8am. It was very hot. When we came here, we were told that the power outage would last 30 minutes to 1 hour. It was miserable. Their internet was very hard to connect too. Ran into many problems.」

「Friendly front desk person. Room was super clean, good bathroom design. They offer nice breakfast too. The room can be a little bit brighter.」

「Ive stayed here 4 times on my trip to and from Phoenix to Bellingham. I opened the door to the room and my girst thought was how clean and inviting it was. They answered my request and put me in a room close to my car. I wish there was a bigger choice of food places. I am not sure but on my past trips I was able to go to Subway but Google maps didn't pull it up inside a close gas station. 😒」
