It's a run down old hotel well past It's prime, the owners and staff openly admit that it's not a great place to stay. People asking for change in the parking lot, dead roaches, spiders and stains on the matresses.

We found a big ass roach on the wall as soon as we walked into our room. The hallways looked like they were straight out of a horror movie. A lot of the room windows are cracked and they're just taped up. Worst hotel experience.

The front office staff were helpful and courteous, but the facility is in disrepair and ill-repair. The elevator was not working, the central courtyard was likely beautiful in years gone by, but is now overgrown. The pool is drained. The room was dirty with a previous occupants dried food on the table, the phone was dirty, there was hair in the tub. The shower curtain did not come down to the tub side so water drenched the floor during a shower. The bathroom floor was dirty. There were homeless people walking around the premises. It appeared there were families and individuals perhaps paying a discounted weekly rate who may be intermittently homeless. There are several parking spots dedicated to Fresno Police giving the impression that they are called frequently. After one night we found a different hotel.

As soon as I got to the property I canceled my reservation. Place is full of vehicles with broken windows loaded with bags of clothes and trash, the property windows are broken and a few missing windows, you can see theres people living there coming in and out of the windows.. I would Never recomend this place, make you feel so insecure..

To start with we were on the 3rd floor & the elevator was broken, husband is disabled. The towels were so thread bear you couldn’t get dry, the tables in room were all greasy and nasty. The front desk lady said go check it out and then if you don’t want it come down within 10 minutes and they will refund. Took 20-25 minutes to check in and we were in a hurry for a wedding so had to accept the room for the night. TERRIBLE PROPERTY. if I knew who to ask I want refund!!!

It took us awhile to get into the building or room. The key kept getting demagnetized. Once in the room it seemed clean until a closer look of an eyelash by the nightstand. When we got back home I had a roach fall on my arm with babies everywhere. I had to sleep with the light on and that didn’t help at all.

Checked out today usually they give a receipt and they give you back the deposit on your card. They were out for break I called and told them I was checking out they didn’t give me a receipt or my deposit wasn’t lifted from my account

El estacionamiento está sercas, pero por desgracia está en una muy mal área, y las condiciones del hotel también no son muy buenas, el desagüe de la regadera se encharcaba y no se iba el agua rápido… entran y sales a todas horas gente haciendo mucho ruido, hay homless en el parking del hotel, lo cual pase preocupada por mi camioneta y tuve que meter las cosas que traía a la cabina x miedo… No recomiendo este lugar para nada, he pagado el mismo presión en otros hoteles y están mucho mejor… Básicamente no descansé nada por preocupación de mi camioneta. El muchacho de la recepción fue muy amable y la limpieza no la concidero tan mala (refiriéndome al cuarto que rente), sin embargo para las condiciones en las que está el hotel, si me fue un poco desagradable mi estadía ahí.
