Worst hotel I have ever been in. Cockroaches and bed bugs. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. Insider staff information told me it is because this new hotel took over a previous chain hotel and kept the pictures and reputation. Skin started itching within 10 minutes and was out and across the street at another hotel within 30 minutes. Currently fighting for a refund. Misleading presentation on Expedia, feel scammed.

Overall good stay. It’s not a five star place yet did its job. The room was clean and that’s important. Everything was dated and needs a facelift. Breakfast was delish and that 6$ pizza was one of the best.

When I first arrived the staff just seemed unhappy to even be there. She tried but u can tell she isn't happy in her position. I am currently in a wheelchair and booked an accommodating room with handicap shower so I don't fall and the rooms didn't have cable so I had to be placed in a regular room. When I got to the room it was so hot I was sweating. The air does not work well at all and took the entire night to cool down as I sweat in the bed sheets. The cable in my room only showed 3 channels which I called the front desk and they told me we have to mess with the TV menu and try to "figure it out". No help, didn't send anyone to fix it and made me have to do it. Then it just cut out all together and said no signal. The food at the restaurant is over priced and poor quality. A chicken quesadilla is 17 frickin bucks and was trash. The complimentary breakfast was actually good. All in all I will not be returning here again at all.

No working televisions air conditioner, or swamp cooler was so loud that you had to turn it off to be able to even sleep. Huge disappointment.

It was just okay.. didn’t feel safe and stayed in my hotel from night till I had to fly out. Overall okay stay. No cable and had a weird experience in the hall way with an employee that was still working on my room when I checked in. Didn’t want to tell him what room I was staying in since I was traveling solo but had to because he was working on it.

The room itself was nice but overall the area is sketchy and the hotel is sketchy. We slept fine here for one night but probably wouldn't stay again.

Booked online and had to do the entire process again at the hotel. Room was in good condition but, extremely hot. It was 105 outside and 90 inside the room. Took close to 4 hours to cool off. We arrived at 11 pm and had to sleep with wet cloths to stay some hat cool

The grounds were nice, but the cable was out and the in-room coffee was lacking sugar/stir sticks and smelled disgusting(urine?).

I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes, one employee never offered to help. The other was helping a couple with reservation problems. Once we were helped, the front desk employee was not rude, but also not friendly. We parked in the hated area which had 4 old bathtubs and an old vanity around the sides of the hotel. Ferrel cats were being fed on site. Our room was not bad, but a huge and I mean huge cockroach was in the shower. The TV would not work and front desk said the cable was out. It’s a smart TV that had no connection to the internet. Homeless people were hanging around and ultimately I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was phenomenal, very accommodating, and concerned about guests' experience and safety. The property is gated. It's clean and comfortable. It's an older property, but it appears that it's being updated. Free breakfast was served on order, not as a buffet. Food was fine. The pool is huge and was clean. We'd stay again, great value for the money.
