This hotel exceeded all expectations in every way. The accommodations, service, and atmosphere were exceptional. I truly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return.
A wonderful experience at a beautiful hotel. Loved the attention to detail from reception to the room service attendant. Very happy with our stay. We will be back.
The front staff was super friendly and helpful. The check-in was easy. The bar and lobby areas are excellent! The gym is beyond cool! It was clean, well-equipped and has the perfect lighting.
Also, it's within walking distance of a lot of cafés, restaurants, bookstores, shops, museums, etc.
We're definitely staying here again!
The property is situated in a safe area, the staff was incredibly welcoming and warm (particularly Josh at the front desk) which made our trip very special. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the view we had from the 28 floor was fantastic!
Kat at the W has been extremely kind and helpful. I got an upgrade and joined their Marriott Bonvoy membership (which is free), and breakfast/the restaurant was worth the value so so much! The view is great, lobby is nice and big, great for meeting people.
The king bed does have a wooden frame that I have bumped and scratched my leg a few times already, and I wish the upgraded room had a couch to rest on aside from the balcony seating view space.
Everything else has been extremely welcoming, and the staff have made it an enjoyable stay!!
