The front staff was super friendly and helpful. The check-in was easy. The bar and lobby areas are excellent! The gym is beyond cool! It was clean, well-equipped and has the perfect lighting. Kat at the W has been extremely kind and helpful. I got an upgrade and joined their Marriott Bonvoy membership (which is free), and breakfast/the restaurant was worth the value so so much! The view is great, lobby is nice and big, great for meeting people. The king bed does have a wooden frame that I have bumped and scratched my leg a few times already, and I wish the upgraded room had a couch to rest on aside from the balcony seating view space.
