Not a well run operation. Desk staff is clueless and unhelpful. Breakfast doesn’t include bread, butter, much of what you’d expect. No daily room or towel service unless you request one. Room was clean.

The parking situation is ridiculous. They expected me to park on some side street by the hotel where a bunch of homeless people were bent over on fentanyl with their butts out. Then they expected me to allow somebody to drive my car down the street to the parking garage. That is not going to happen. I asked if I could just drive my car to the parking garage and the front desk guys said oh you have to come and check in first and then he said I couldn’t do it and then he sent me to some other garage so then I parked at some of the parking garage at a different hotel when I’m not sure why I couldn’t drive my car to the parking garage myself and just walk back to the hotel. It’s hard to communicate at the front desk when I think it’s gonna be a simple process. Hand the guest a paper that says these are the list of parking garage that you can go to and this is the parking garage that we can build your hotel room these are the addresses. It shouldn’t be so damn difficult. This place is awful. And the rooms are super small.

I arrived at the hotel around 8 PM to check in and earlier my car got broken into my wallet stolen. So when I went to go check in, I let them know that I did not have my ID but I had a picture of it and she would not let me check in so I was not able to stay there. I ended up having to sleep in my car because first of all it was too late to reserve another room somewhere else that was affordable. The least this hotel could have been was courteous, understanding and accommodating. Instead of tell me, they could not use a picture on my phone of me holding my ID considering the circumstances. So I will not be going there again.

とてもタイニーでシンプルなホテルでしたが、最低限のものは揃っていました。隣に可愛いレストラン、並びにキンパ屋さん、道を渡ったらKFC、角を曲がったら小さな商店がありました。人通りも多くバス停も近いですが、夜になるとホームレスの方達も多く女性1人で歩くのはちょっと怖い雰囲気でした。朝ご飯はコーヒーマシーン（カプチーノとかも選べる）とデトックスウォーター、オレンジジュース、甘いパンとヨーグルト、リンゴとオレンジ、オートミールがありました、シンプルな感じです。急なアクシデントがあり、延泊をお願いしたら快く相談に乗ってくれ、部屋を移動しないでいいように手配してくれました。痛い出費でしたが助かりました。優しいスタッフの方に感謝です。

Room was the size of a dorm room! It’s ok if you’re not planning to stay in the room for long. Room was clean. Cheap toiletries, and housekeeping has no set hours. Vacuum was being used at random hours including nights. Neighborhood isn’t great. Parking on your own is not possible! There’s no spaces anywhere near. The “valet” is good enough to keep your car safe overnight but it’s only available from 8am-10. So if you need the car earlier-it’s a hassle, and if it’s past 10pm you have to do street parking on your own. Hotel was clean inside. Despite the overpowering perfume smell. They keep automated air fresheners running. Outside in the alley was disgusting as there’s no big dumpster so everything is left on the sidewalk. Staff was ok. We had interaction w/a male whom seemed to be bothered when asked anything. And then we had another staff member who was polite and professional. Overall; price seemed high for the area and overall service
