The Sofia Hotel
The room was so expensive when we got in it was so small the windows did not open they were sealed and blocked so there was no view. Worst things all there hidden fees they took $250 deposit on my credit card and charged every penny for different made up resort and taxes they were charging daily ...

I was early for check in and my room wasn’t quite ready. We completed the check in process and I went off to lunch expecting the room to be ready in half an hour. It was ready when I went to the room. The counter person saved me from a later check in when the desk was busy! Thanks for making it work! ...
