"The hotel’s atmosphere has noticeably changed over the past few years. There is no longer service by the pool, so guests must walk up to the bar to order drinks or food.
I stayed on the 12th floor, and the hallway had a strong sewage odor when exiting the elevator and walking to the room. The room itself was clean and had no odor, but the hallway smell was very unpleasant each time I walked to my room.
It would also be great if the rooftop bar were open in the evenings. On a positive note, the staff service was good.
I didn’t raise the issue during my stay because I was on a tight schedule, but looking back I wish I had. The odor on the floor leading to my room was unacceptable and should be addressed."
