「Hotel is perfectly located and staff is great. It is very old though so choose wisely between location and comfort.」

「Great property in the heart of the old city. Convenienet and walkable to all places within the walled city. The staff were polite and courteous. The breakfast was amazing .」

「This is definitely a hidden gem in Cartagena! We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and polite. Our room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning definitely kept our room chill specially with that Cartagena heat. It’s in a quieter area in the walled city so we got some really good sleep at night. Everything is within walkable distance from restaurants to shops to major attractions.」

「Nice design if a little unusual. Good location and nice service. Few amenities such as F&B but coupons provided for restaurants connected to hotel. Had a junior suite and description was for a long bed - it was only a queen. Told the description was an “error”. Caution that there are steps up to toilet and shower if mobility and issue.」

「Last minute booked. Its almost always the worst room.when its the last one . Even though it was next to the reception desk it was quite and sound proof . Ample enough and no street noise」

「la ubicación es buena, la TV no es smart tv, es un poco sobrio el hotel」

「Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect and in walking distance for anywhere you could want to go. The boutique hotel experience was very comfortable and the staff was incredible.」

「Outstanding boutique hotel just inside the wall in a quiet location close to everything within the walled city. Staff was as good as any Four Seasons and the concierge Emily provided the best recommendations and was a joy to work with. Breakfast was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and look forward to another visit soon !」
