Families flock to Balboa Park's museums and the world-famous San Diego Zoo for unforgettable animal encounters. Surfers and sunbathers enjoy perfect weather at La Jolla Cove, where sea lions lounge on rocky shores.
This was the PERFECT spot to stay for our trip to Coronado! Great location, very nice neighborhood & convenient to restaurants, shopping & the beach. Rooms are so nice & clean and the courtyard is simply wonderful! We will definitely stay at 1906 Lodge on our next trip out!

I loved the beautifully landscaped gardens, amazing architecture and the peaceful setting of the inn. The owner is so sweet and was very attentive to our needs. The entire time I was at the inn I felt completely relaxed. The owner provided us with a healthy breakfast which was put inside a picnic basket. It was very nice to have the option to take the picnic basket to the beach or eat on the lovely grounds. I will go back again if I go to San Diego.
