Reserved a king suite,upon arrival at check-in the clerk did not mention King suite was not available until we open the door to our room and saw there was two queen beds no microwave no mini fridge. Pacific Edge Hotel
They lost our reservation. The coffee maker didn’t work and it was a lot of effort to get a new one and then they apparently had a plumbing emergency but neglected to tell anyone so we had to endure the horrible noise for hours.

Casa Loma Beach Hotel (formerly The Inn at Laguna Beach)
Gorgeous property, great location but lots of very expensive hidden extras - resort fee expected, then $70 per night parking, plus an extortionate pet fee that was not shared at booking or check in.
