The rooms were nice and clean. There was one staff member she worked the morning shift apparently extremely rude. That’s the second time I stayed here and I noticed I encountered her and she was very rude. I didn’t get her name unfortunately but other than that, the state was pretty good

Pros: a large room, comfortable bed, and the night clerk who checked us in was very professional and personable. (She gave 5-star customer service and greatly enhanced our overall experience. The manager the next day informed us that the night clerk was a recent hire; she certainly is an asset to this hotel.) Cons: the elevator was rather noisy, shower drained slowly, and the only eggs at breakfast were hard boiled.

This is my second time staying here and overall the experience is great. The staff they are really, really friendly. The breakfast bar is very kept very clean. The room is very clean. I know they are going through some construction, during my stay, there was no sound of construction bothering me during my stay here

The hotel was fabulous!! The area was so nice, there is a spaghetti factory across the street and downtown Redlands is minutes away. The room was so clean, big and the beds were so comfortable. I loved this hotel is not even expensive. The staff was so friendly! I actually forgot my boots in the room and the front desk kept them for me.

Inexpensive. And attentive customer service. But the place is filthy. Carpets are stained throughout the property and they desperately need cleaning. Someone ought to buy a new vacuum as well. Won’t go back.

We just stayed the night. Arrived at midnight and had to call to be let in to the lobby, which felt safe. Staff was nice. Place was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very basic (bagels, yogurt, muffins, coffee and juice). Checkout was at 12. Would stay again.
