「We enjoyed our stay at the Royal however we do have to unfortunately mention the male bar staff that was very unhelpful when we asked for a drinks around 5.30 we were asked to wait as he was preparing bar snacks for 7 o’clock, while he then asked what we wanted he was unwilling to give us the 2 glasses of wine, and said we could buy the bottle which we declined.
