My family arrived from a cruise at 9 AM. We knew check-in wasn’t until 4 PM, so we asked the hotel to hold our bags. They did, and we spent the day in San Juan. We came back around 3:40 PM and asked if the room was ready—no. They told us to wait and use the amenities. Fine. 4:30 PM—still not ready. ...
