"It was a nice stay. Friendly staff and the free breakfast was a perk. I just didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for parking and you had to request for your room to be cleaned. Apparently housekeeping only comes if you request it"

"This place is very outdated and creepy. I'm positive there was splattered blood in an elevator with smudged handprints on the walls. Our bedroom had so many damages I was really uncomfortable 😫 "

"The rooms were clean. The water in the shower took forever to drain. The location was awful. The web stated parking on site. It did not have parking on site. The person at front desk was not polite when I asked for help with the WiFi connection."

"My stay at the Swexan was fantastic. It was in close proximity to everything from restaurants, to shopping and business appointments. The corner King suite was beautiful and spacious. Room service and the parking attendants were super accommodating and friendly. I would like to extend a Special , "Thank you!" to Joey and Kuchinei in concierge. absolutely stand-out personalities! Also Simon, a very kind and welcoming bartender that went out of his way to make us feel special. When I'm back in Dallas, the Swexan will certainly be seeing me again. That you!"

"Stayed for my birthday and when I arrived everyone i dealt with was friendly and nice very helpful ! Once I got to my room the staff had placed balloons all around my room with a birthday card ! It was everything. Oh and the view was spectacular. Definitely will stay again"
