"This hotel is for relaxing. They have daily lounge hours when they bring in a singer at night (around 8-10pm). The pool closes at 7pm but we had plenty of pool/beach during the day. If you have food allergies, they are amazing!! Ariel and Letizia were super helpful on this. I didnt eat from buffets due to cross contamination. The first day they asked me for preferences. I could order for lunch during breakfast and for dinner during lunch. They made a special recipe for me GF and DF for banana bread. I felt very safe and had no issues. "

"Room service was good but not perfect the ac had problems they fix it but took 2 days because my wife got shrimp allergy and it was there fall and after that happen they starting fixing our problem "
