「This hotel is very outdated and needs a major overhaul. It also has a terrible smell in the stairwell and hallway. There are floor board planks missing from in front of some of the room doors. The carpet in the room was filthy and had small pieces of trash in several areas. That let me know the floor wasn't vacuumed. 「As soon as we walked it several roaches crawled across our floor. Went to front desk and nobody answered. The furniture was also broken and damaged. And the shower was horrible. Hotel looks nothing like the photos. WILL NOT BE BOOKING AGAIN!!」

「This Hotel and the staff were awesome. The location of the hotel is right off the highway and it has almost every restaurant you want within a minute drive or 2 minute walk. There is even a QT gas station in the same parking lot in case you need gas or want some snacks. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was added bonus. We will definitely be staying here if we return to Manning」

「Iwas looking for a room in Florence and this came up first on the Expedia website. I was not aware that it was very off the highway. At first I was really upset that we were driving 20 miles away but when we arrived to the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. We loved the hotel and it was in walking distance to some very fun places to grab some food and a drink. It was worth the drive.」
