The staff were great but the condition of the rooms could be improved because one of the two rooms we booked smelled damp and mouldy and had an extractor fan that would not switch off (which was really noisy at night). The other room was fine but there should be consistency.

Radisson RED V&A Waterfront, Cape Town
Very hard bed. Sent us to the wrong room the first time. Staff seemed bothered that I insisted on getting what I paid for. Also didn’t receive the free bottle of wine I was supposed to get. I was hoping Radisson only sucked in the U.S. but I guess it’s universal.
