「nice staff nice room 」

「This is a newly built property with modern loft style rooms. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant on ground level has a nice breakfast included that is made to order and the evening has a great menu. The building is divided between mixed residence and hotel with the pool in the second building (we didn't use). There is also a secure parking garage that is free of charge. The area has a couple of fine restaurants and about 1 km is an Italian market that has fantastic deli, cheese,...

「Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight.」

「Very spacious and clean. Living room with full kitchen, multiple balconies, fantastic view as in courtyard. Convenient location, near restaurants, cathedrals and everything. The little craft beer bar just besides it got great beers. 」

「Very convenient location with many dining options just a short stroll away. Friendly reception and our bags were taken up to the room, as somebody had mentioned in a previous review, there are no elevators. Room was furnished nicely and there was a rooftop terrace area outside which was very nice. The room did not feel clean. I had spilled something on the floor and when I wiped it up, the cloth was literally black. The wood floors were very sticky and the grout in the bathroom was filthy. ...

「This literally felt like home away from home. The front desk manager greeted me by NAME upon arrival, they were helpful and very accommodating. From the luggage assistance to the bartender, everyone was such a joy to be around and the pictures looked EXACTLY like the room. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!」
