I informed them days prior to arriving, I had been traveling for over 24 hours, was forced to wait until after 3pm. Traveled solo as well first time to Panama. I witnessed the check in person Jaime, checked in a white couple that had just arrived before me, after again waiting for over 5 hours. The room had a booger on the wall when I finally got in. Informed them of this the bathroom walls were dirty, and the floor in the room as well. I will not ever return to this hotel to stay when visiting panama again! Felt kind of racist vibes as a black man there tbh. The A/c in the room would turn off in the middle of the night wake up in a full sweat on my shirt. Recommend others to stay at the Riu plaza around the corner. Basic can soda was 2$ less than a dollar anywhere else around the area. Seems like they just try to take advantage of tourists when visiting but by far one of the worst experiences encountered with a hotel.

It looked like a really nice place and the reviews seemed mostly solid so I wasn’t really nervous about staying here before I did. But… wow. In a bad way. The staff were friendly and helpful when I arrived and locked up my stuff so I could explore— the reception area was stylish and the restaurant seemed really cool. And then I came back hours later to check in. Mayhaps I am a bit picky but I felt that the pictures I saw of the deluxe King Room and the room that I got were… vastly different from expected. My room was on the 5th floor and the view was pretty mid— valid since basically a middle floor. There was a desk and a chair that was super wobbly and the desk was slightly sticky. Might just be the cleaning product, so I opted to just chill on the bed with my laptop instead. The bathroom shower was weird. The water pooled in the shower after I used it and the tiling felt so… bleh. The water pooled in the sink after I used it to wash my hands. Either I couldn’t find the switch for a bathroom fan or there simply wasn’t one. The fridge was not cold and looked kind of gross at the back of it. I turned it up and it didnt seem to make much of a difference. Glad I only had this room booked for a night before my transfer flight… already cancelled my stay here for my return next week and am praying the new hotel I chose doesn’t horrify me. I probably should have complained but this is my first time travelling alone and I was too nervous to. Ah well.
“Deluxe” King room. Much room. Such under-utilized space.

Great area and the hotel itself was staffed by great people. Marcelo's restaurant is fantastic and the rooftop pool was perfect. WIFI never faltered and the room temperature was easy to regulate. Thank you!

The room was very spacious, and clean. Love the view of the city, pool was fabulous. The breakfast was little amount serving size and not many options to choose. Parking was a bit troublesome, one day we had to wait for the technician to fix the freight elevator. Otherwise, good hotel to stay.

Room was not cool.. it wouldn't even cool down over night after adjusting the thermostat. Bed linens- pillowcases sheets- and towels had stains. Refrigerator wasn't cool. Had heart medicine to keep cool. No ice machines in hotel. Breakfast was limited to 4 orders, they were out of 2 of them. Staff was limited..Had to wait a long time to get order taken, food served. Needless to say, I called Expedia about it & checked out. Couldn't accept below standard stay at this hotel

A parede do quarto estava cheia de bolhas (umidade); A cabeceira da cama estava visivelmente suja e quando cheguei, tinha papel higiênico dentro do vaso sanitário. Nao é possível controlar a temperatura do ar condicionado. O cafe da manhã é estilo a la carte e as atentendes são mal humoradas. A localização é muito boa. A cama era confortável e o quarto espaçoso.
