"We have stayed twice now as we love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly, rooms are air conditioned. The food in the hotel has a wide range, we are vegan and managed to find a variety - more so than last year too. (After about 5 days of half board we were ready for a break from it). Ignore the bad reviews, you’ll have a lovely time here."

"great value property, buffet breakfast, no real problem getting sunbeds for 5 of us. Staff really friendly and helpful."

"We stayed 6 nights and this hotel was a perfect base to enjoy the surrounding areas ie Portaventura and Barca"

"Great location, very clean, pleasant staff. A bit of queuing for breakfast during busy months and between 9.00 - 10 but usually get in within 5 minutes. 8 - 9 am is a good time to go down. Great pool area and we always got sunbeds."

"We had great time in the hotel and the park"

"Great Hotel, this is our second time here, Reception staff brilliant! Restaurant seemed a bit short of staff and tables not cleared quick and only half reset, we waited a long time for drinks and a long time to pay for the drinks."

"Room clean, breakfast room extremely busy. Please ask guests to tie hair back when using breakfast buffet!! Overall good standard to the area. Pool area good"

"It is a brilliant plan for a family"

"Really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast choices were brilliant and the staff were lovely and helpful"

"I stayed at this hotel with my mom, and we had an absolutely awesome time! The entire place was very clean, and the location is absolutely perfect for getting around. What really stood out to us was the great customer service—every single employee we encountered always had a smile on their face and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come back another time. Highly recommended!""

"Clean and decent sized room . Nice staff and drinks"

"The rooms were large with a nice view. The hotel had a lot to offer. The pool was warm yet refreshing. Too bad it couldn’t stay open a bit later though, it was still light out until 9pm but the pool closed at 8pm. The only downfall was the communication with the front desk staff during check in regarding the passes to the Port Aventura Park. Very disappointed that they didn’t explain this better. They were rushed to get us through the line so there was no/little communication."
