Very clean and well organised. 20min from both the theme park and beach which was very convenient. It is also located near supermarkets so you could buy drinks to put in the mini fridge in your room.

Good size rooms & friendly team of staff! We were visiting PortAventura so it was great to be walking distance from the park. The hotel is also walking distance from a variety of shops/bars/restaurants and about 10 min walk from the train station with frequent trains to Barcelona-Sants

For a couple,this Hotel has everything you need for your holiday - indoor & outdoor pool, spa, sauna, sun beds, pool bar,just a short walk to beach/shops & restaurants. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms,great entertainment.Would also be a good base for golf groups.

So nice place to stay

My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The service was exceptional throughout – the staff were attentive and always ready to help. I was particularly impressed with the buffet, which offered a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The cleanliness of the hotel, both in the room and throughout the entire property, was impeccable. It was a pleasure to stroll through the well-maintained grounds, where you could clearly see the care and attention to detail. The pool was a wonderful oasis for relaxing on warm days, and the modern gym was a great bonus for keeping up with my fitness routine while on vacation. My only minor suggestion would be to add toilet brushes to the bathrooms. However, this small detail did not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience I had at this wonderful hotel. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

We spent 5 nights at this hotel, and for the price, it offered fantastic value. We flew into Barcelona and rented a car from OK Mobility. Conveniently, there was free street parking nearby, along with an unmarked parking area just behind the hotel, which was also free. The hotel is in a prime location: PortAventura and Ferrari Land adventure parks are just a 10-minute walk away, and Salou Beach is also within walking distance. Supermarkets and shopping facilities are close by, making it easy to get anything we needed. The hotel staff were friendly, and the food was good. We traveled as a family of four (two adults and two kids), along with two other families, and had a fantastic time. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as steam, jacuzzi, and sauna facilities, which made for a relaxing stay. Additionally, there were pool and table tennis facilities, along with evening entertainment provided by the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for families looking for a great value stay close to local attractions

Enjoyable stay, good location but very crowded

We had an 8 night stay as a family in August. Hotel is very clean. Location is good, about 15 mins walk to PortAventura and 15 walk to beach and centre of salou. Food was pretty decent - it can be busy but didn’t have to wait too long and there is plenty of variety. It’s a mass produced buffet style so it’s never going to be Michelin star quality but there was always something for everyone. The kids enjoyed the slides but I would say the downside of the hotel is how busy the pool and loungers are. Swimming wasn’t enjoyable as there were far too many ppl in the pool. I know it is peak holiday time but it just feels overcrowded. Many queued for loungers from 7.30am and none usually available after 9.30am for the rest of the day. WiFi also awful which is frustrating when trying to organise things online, was difficult to get any stable connection for any length of time any where in the hotel. Not sure I would return

Stay somewhere else

The staff were very friendly at the hotel apart from one person in the restaurant. We arrived late in the evening and the restaurant was just about to close. We ran in just to get some hot food for our 3 children and one of the people complained that we should not have been allowed in since they were finished in 5 minutes. Another waiter was very friendly and accommodating in the end. Check in was easy and quick. The room was a nightmare. The air conditioning vents were filthy and there was rust in the bathtub. I mentioned this in the check in review and it was rectified the next day, which we were happy with. The food was cold most of the time unless you were there when it was placed on the buffet table. The best part of the hotel was the water rides and the location, the kids really enjoyed the water slides and it was a big plus for the hotel, the location is 10-15 minutes walk from Port Aventura and about the same in the other direction from the beach area. Would not stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious with a delightful pool that never felt too busy as long as you selected when to go well. Our only issue came with the food which wasn’t ideal when it came to the dinner selections although the breakfast was solid enough and kept us going during our days. Overall a lovely stay

Nice stay but just a few ideas to improve the hotel. 1 have signs up in the corridors to keep quiet when walking down. People coming home late at night having full-blown conversations heading to the room. 2 if the hotel could possibly have adults only section or an adults only floor. Food was good but could improve no grapes or other fruits. Just Menon and pineapple an apple orange banana and peaches.At dinner the only put on the fish and meat when we arrive in. It should be pre-prepared.

There is a mismatch between checkout time in hotels.com which is noon and at the hotel which is 11:00. The checkout was stressful because of this. Stuff tried to accommodate to make it at 11:30

*Good value! The breakfast and dinner included in half board were basic but ok for the price paid. The rooms were large and clean. The staff were busy but always friendly and helpful. Be aware - this is a big, busy resort and not suitable if you are looking for peace and quiet

Aging brits abroad hotel, seen better days - no longer a 4 star, a weak 3 star maybe, and Salou is a vacuum of all Spanish culture… except Benidorm anywhere else would be better.

Stayed here mid August, 2025 with my family; 2 kids, half board. Overall, our experience was good and bad. Good points: Room was modern, big TV. Air con worked great in 35+ degree heat. Nice shower. Reception staff were nice. Room cleaned and bed laid daily - cleaning maids were very nice. Food was good, there was enough variety for us. Bad points: A big let down was the table service at meal times, if you're not there in the first hour, we would end up walking laps around the dining room with a full plate of food looking for an available table because the staff are not refreshing the tables quick enough. Literally 50% of tables were empty but still dirty and the other 50% were occupied, this was over an hour before meal closing time. You'd have to stand next to a dirty table until the staff member saw you, for them to reset the table, or ask them too. There is only one staff member per large area of the dining room and this was not enough. Not only that, when you do get a table in the evening, it takes a long time for a server to come over and take your drinks order - sometimes you have to go up to them and tell them yourself. I also saw others go up to the drinks fridge to get their own bottles because staff did not attend to them. You're not allowed to do this, but staff were not around to see anyone do this. Pool: The hotel has signs up stating "no reserving sunloungers" but the hotel doesn't enforce its own rules. All had towels on before the it opened.
