「The front desk staff were extremely rude from the moment we arrived. There was no greeting or welcoming attitude whatsoever. When I politely asked if it was okay to check in, the only response I received was, “Yeah, can I see your ID?” with no courtesy or professionalism. Once we got to our room, we realized the blackout blinds weren’t working, so at 6:00 AM the room was completely filled with bright sunlight. 「The area was good beds were clean but the rest of room was so dirty. Alot of moisture in the room beds, blankets and pillows all damp to sleep in. Had to ask for towels and soap. Breakfast was set up at 6 but we down there at 8 hardly any food left coffee looked like dirty water. Was not a real pleasant stay but at least we were only there overnight」
