"I would love to give this a high rating because the staff was great and the location is good. I will also say that it’s very safe. I can’t give it a high rating because there were more than a dozen items in the room that needed a hand on it. Simple things which makes you wonder what the issue is. I didn’t see other rooms but the maid service attempted to come in every day with no way to say “do not disturb”. The first day I thought it was someone at the wrong room because I don’t speak Italian....

The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. He even provided directions to a delightful local restaurant nearby, where the food was exceptional. "The drive up is difficult on narrow winding roads and access from the car park is up a very steep driveway which can be difficult for some. This should be made clear in the information provided. It should also be made clear that there are a number of dogs and wolves which can be noisy. The breakfast was lovely with fresh squeezed juice, homemade jams and muffins."
