「## 1/10 - Terrible Experience, Dirty Room and Rude Staff I booked this hotel while traveling with my family, including my 15-year-old daughter, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes. The refrigerator smelled terrible and had spilled liquid inside, and there were visible footprints on the bathroom floor. The room was clearly not properly cleaned and looked nothing like the photos advertised...

「All around great experience, friendly staff clean rooms.」

「Overall good stay and would stay again. Issues 1) Opened the door to my room and the heater was set to 81 degrees. Crazy. 2) Bedspread kinda messed up like it was just tossed on the bed and not made. 3) NO BATHTOWELS. I was given 2 bath mats and 3 wash clothes, 1 was black stained.」
