Reception staff were very friendly - we arrived early (around 12pm) and our check-in was around 3/4pm, however, staff allowed us to check-in early. 「I've stayed at numerous locations around Salem over the years. This hotel is my new favorite. It is perfectly situated on Essex street. We stayed in a micro king which was was really cool. The bed was a little raised and surrounded by windows so we felt like we were in a tree house. We could sit in the windows and look over the city. The town hall was right behind us.
