「Wonderful room overlooking Essex street. Very comfortable and clean. Location is excellent, I enjoyed being able to pop in as needed for breaks.」

「The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. 」

「The property is not on the Waterfront. The room was nice, but the walls are very thin and there is a 3 inch gap under the door that not only brought light in, but the hallway noise as well. Didn't appreciate the trash truck coming at 6:30 in the morning. The AC unit in the room was also very loud and kept turning off and on all night. Worst sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Will not be back.」

「Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. 」

「Cute little lodge . The front desk is open only 9 to 5. Provisions are made for coming and going after hours. Parking is directly behind the building. Free 8pm to 8am . 50 cents an hour otherwise. Easy to pay with app. Location is convenient for theaters and restaurants. You can walk everywhere. Hotels in this area are very high priced and this one is no exception, but a little less than the big chains. We therefore chose the least expensive room with a king bed as we were staying only 1 night...

「We were disappointed this trip. We arrived late and there was no water available and no drinks accessible and NO staff. Our room had no conditioner. The following morning there was no decaf coffee and they cleared away the fresh coffee makings very early. The last time we stayed there was fresh granola and yogurt fir breakfast and always a staff person there」

「We had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Peabody. The staff were exceptional and very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Our room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable with wonderful quality cotton sheets and super soft pillows, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making for a great night’s sleep.
