"広々としていて、素敵な部屋だった。 地上波以外にも、Netflix・YouTube等のテレビも見れた。各部屋にテレビが付いていて子ども同士でチャンネルの取り合いにならずに済んだ。 温泉にも入れて、ピアノや庭もあり、食器類も自由に使えてのんびりできた。 食事も近くにドラッグストアやスーパーがあって便利も良かった。 洗濯洗剤も付いていて洗濯できて良かった。 次も来たいと思いました。 ただ、お風呂場の洗面所の電気が付かなくて残念でした… 子ども用の歯ブラシだったり、身体を洗うボディースポンジ(タオル)、キッチンにトースターとかがあるともっと嬉しいなと思いました。"

"The property is lovely, different and very attractive in the trees. The room was large and in a nice style. The lady on reception when we arrived couldn't have been more helpful and spoke excellent English also. "It was a wonderful stay. The outdoor bath was amazing and not too too hot so you could enjoy it and relax. The staff were helpful and the rooms made up every day. It is easily accessible from the highway Amand is very well situated close to the mountain road leading to the amusement park, the safari and Yufuin. "

"The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "
