「I booked the twin beds room for myself and my mother. However, when we arrived at hotel. the room given to us is a single room. After negotiation, they moved a folder bed to the room. Also, the breakfast only includes : 4 breads and 1 juice. You need to pay extra money even for a bottle of water. 」

「The room we had was very very basic - which we actually didnt mind that much as we werent planning on spending that much time there. Sadly we didnt see any staff for the entire 10 day we were there, other than when we hu ted them down for clean towels. The room wasn't cleaned for our entire stay and we had to empty the bins ourselves.
