「Excellent hardware in the hotel room and public areas. The staffs are good in service and polite. However the nearby areas are not very convient with bearly some restaurants and convienent shops. No entertainments nearby and no shops open after 21:00. Rooms may be too small for travel with someone but good for solo.」

「The local TV has been cut…」

「Staffs are helpful and the facilities are good」

「The mattress was surprisingly soft, and it was disappointing that the hotel couldn't get us a spared blanket. We were not able to properly sleep and rest throughout our stay here.」

「The front desk team is super helpful and friendly, and they speak great English. The rooms are very clean and a bit more spacious than what you’d expect in a typical Japanese hotel—they even have a microwave, a mini kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet. You’re close to lots of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores, and Okubo Station is just a few minutes away. We’d definitely stay here again!」
