「The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. We have big expectations to take a bath in such a big and beautiful bathroom. However, seems the bathtub stopper was damaged so all the water was flow away. We could only take...

「The hotel is in an excellent location. There are numerous restaurants close by and also close to all main attractions. Hotel and rooms were very clean with an excellent air conditioning (a little noisy though). The only downside was the thin walls of the rooms. You could hear the guests of other rooms through the walls. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.」
