「チェックインからスタッフの対応がとても良かったです。モナコが初めてでモナコFCの観戦に行くんだと伝えたら優しくスタジアムまでの案内もしてくださったり、南野拓実選手のお話もしました。滞在中もバッタリお会いした時には、チェックインの時にお話ししたことを覚えててくださり、試合のことをお話ししました。 お部屋も綺麗で、シャワーの水圧、温度も全く問題なく、不自由なく過ごせました。 ただ一点、コーヒーメーカーやケトルがあるにも関わらず、滞在中なぜかコーヒーカップがありませんでした。笑。多分清掃係の方が忘れたのかな？私たちは使わなかったのでわざわざ問い合わせもしませんでした。 次、モナコに滞在するときもここのホテルに泊まりたいです！」

「面港的房間很棒，但是竟然在2樓，景觀都被大樹擋住，非常可惜！ 從火車站走到飯店只要10-15分鐘，非常方便，從6樓頂樓可以直接往賭場方向走。房間非常大，很乾淨，但房間的小茶包2包要價4歐，有嚇到！客房押金是100歐！廁所很大，有按摩浴缸！沿著港口就可以輕鬆走到王宮。」

「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same.
