Das Problem war nur, wir hatten nach 3 Wochen auf Reisen keine Mails mehr gelesen. Wir sind noch etwas altmodisch. Nach ca. 15 Minuten war jedoch jemand da und der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich. Auch die Nachfrage, ob wir Hilfe beim Gepäck benötigen fanden wir sehr nett.
