Holiday Inn Bristol City Centre by IHG
The room was clean, and the staff were good, the location is central and parking on site. The only downside was the breakfast waiter who was slow, non-present and had to be asked repeatedly to clean up and eventually I spotted him wiping his face with the cloth he was using to clean the tables.

Apex City of Bath Hotel
The staff was excellent, especially Mandakni at the restaurant and her manager. They were professional and knowledgeable, offering good food recommendations. We really enjoyed the pool area. My kids loved it. The only downside is that parking is farther away and costs an additional around £25.
