"Right next to harbour in Bristol and walkable to all sightseeing , eateries, etc. Hotel staff very personable, efficient and professional. Hotel facilities very good, except no heated towel rail or radiator in bathroom so chilly! Other than wardrobe, no coat hanging. Very few clothes hangers."

Lovely comfortable stay
"Handy location. lovely stay however rooms cleaned but teaspoons dirty and not replaced toilet rolls not replaced had to ask. However great size rooms, king size bed and with all high end accessories such as ghd straigjteners, dyson hairdryer. would definitely stay there again."
