"Staff was not very friendly or willing to make up for a room that was not what was advertised. I stayed 4 nights; I guess housekeeping doesn't exist there? I went to the front desk to ask for soap. The layout of the facility is absolutely impossible to navigate. It is a true labyrinth with long, narrow hallways that are insufficiently labeled and there were so many unnecessary doors. I got lost each time I left the room. Getting to and from the garage is even more impossible.
On a positive note, it is a short walk to a slope that gives access to the mountain base. "

"The images on orbitz does not do it service. The Lobby quite spacious, rooms spacious by European standards, the dining is superb, 3 restaurants in hotel with large patio service, superb profession service, and the chef preparations for dinner exquisite, gymn, pool, sauna etc. Staff very friendly and professional, would return. & best of all SKI IN/SKI OUT !!! For us skiers. Magical vacation for my wife & I. "

"Excellent location with close piste access, buses, and nearby shopping and restaurants. Having to provide our own TP and trash bags was a hassle. Sheets were well worn and had holes, but overall it's a good value for the location and the staff were friendly."
