「Would not recommend to frieds」

「The apartment itself was clean. The check in was easy. There is a man on the property who helps and gives you the keys. My first issue was the pool. The pool was out of order like not a drop of water in the pool. I was told “oh it will be ready next week”, which I wouldn’t be there for. I’m on vacation it’s my birthday, I filtered places with pools and boom I pay get there, and there is no pool ? Absolutely set my trip off completely wrong. There was multiple times the owner could’ve reached...

「The entire staff was outstanding, rooms were clean and the hotel is on the beach. Everyone was also very friendly and I really enjoyed my stay there.」

「We literally were only there for half hour and had to leave! Please is outdated, room smelled molded! Bedsheets and bedding were dirty, that is had pee stains! Went outside the room to catch my breath from the room and a lizard about went in my hair! The room door had gaps that insect or lizard could come in! We left and tried to get a refund but we're out right denied, even though we were there for half an hour!」

「This is a hidden f close to the airport. I really enjoy the stay it had a nice big bed and was clean. The bathroom was a bit small but not inconvenient. I like that my room was facing the criteria pool they have. Now they I found this place I will be back」

「Although the hotel is older their are things in need of improvement advertising of a pool without one,no hotwater, ants,no night stand to place or plug in cellphone bad internet.No complementary coffee or breakfast as advertised ,poor lighting, some staff friendly some not so.and I have visited Jamaica many times and places over 45 years. Even the poor must be honest and advertise as so.」

「If it's broken don't expect it to be fixed any time soon. After a rough check in I was greeted that evening with a toilet that ran non stop. If that wasn't bad enough I had to endure dogs fighting outside my window all night. I reported the toilet issue and it took 2 days to get "fixed". Right on the heels of the toilet issue, the AC in my room quit working. I reported it the next morning, it wasn't fixed until I was back in the states 3 days later that i was notified it was fixed. 「The property’s was not what was listed, very dirty and the location is not safe. 2 there is bedbug and mosquitoes.the bathroom sinks very bad order. The Camilo is after money.please i advise any guests to go to safe locations and this rotten place.the owner will you and still robed you at the same time.musical are so loud you can’t sleep.」
