「Old building that has been well maintained and kept the original look. We were put in the more modern portion to accommodate 3 of us. Pleasantly surprised with the open air museum and proximity to most WWI sites.」

「Séjour catastrophique de 3 nuits (samedi-mardi) pour un couple avec enfant, chambre 115. Dès l'arrivée, lavabo bouché signalé à 14h à l'accueil, sans intervention. À 18h, nouveau signalement : une fuite d'eau au plafond de la réception était visible (seaux et serviettes au sol). L'agent, seul en poste, dit ne pas pouvoir intervenir immédiatement mais promet de régler le problème. À notre retour à 2h du matin, le lavabo était toujours bouché. Autres soucis dans cette chambre : salle de bains...

「The room was pretty spacious for a 3 bed. The location convenient for those who want to access Tourcoing city centre. If you want to keep your budget low compared to Lille’s prices you can pick it up and commute by metro or tram to Lille city centre, approx 30-35mins ride. We didn’t experience hotels breakfast. 」

The staff are so friendly, the breakfast is lovely, the rooms are small but really clean and the beds are some of the most comfortable we have slept in and if you can see my other reviews we are very very fussy! 「Interesting and beautiful hotel set in lovely parkland and gardens. Good food in the brasserie and useful to know that one of the three restaurants is open each day. Plenty of parking and an hour from Calais so an excellent stopover.」

「We didnt eat breakfast here as we ate out. Pleasant, helpful staff on check in. Room was clean. Nice sized room. Aircon worked a bit to start with, but stopped working at night. We had a very sticky night. This was during the recent heatwave, and we booked as they advertised air conditioning. Our son and his girlfriend were next room and they experienced the same. No apologies or refund offered. As you can imagine, we weren't pleased」

「Nous avions réservé 2 nuits mais nous sommes partis après la première nuit car la chaleur (canicule) rendait la chambre irrespirable. Cet établissement n’est pas climatisé et est à proscrire en cas de grosse chaleur. Les douches et les toilettes communes sont propres.」
